Digital Meters & Testers for pH and Conductivity (EC and TDS) by Hanna Instruments

pH meters measure acidity and alkalinity of any water-based solution, for water and soil testing, aquariums, sushi rice testing, hydroponic gardening, brewing, food industry, and printer's fountain solution and CTP chemistry.   Conductivity meters measure EC (electrical conductivity), TDS (total dissolved solids) and solution strength.

Hanna's line of combination meters brings the functions of several different test instrument into a single pocket-sized instrument. There are combo meters for pH/EC/TDS and temperature, pH and temperature, and EC/TDS and temperature. You get the utility of multiple meters for less money than buying individual meters. All are waterproof, and feature automatic recognition of buffer solutions for easy calibration.

The HI 9811-5 is a hand-held unit that measures pH, EC and TDS with a remote probe.

We also offer Hanna's GroChek combo instruments for continuous monitoring of pH, conductivity (EC or TDS) and temperature (HI 991404-01), or pH and temperature (HI 991401-01).

New ORP and ORP combination meters offer quick, accurate and easy measurement of ORP (oxidation reduction potential) for water treatment and other applications.

The new Checktemp line of electronic digital thermometers offer quick, accurate temperature measurement, with a stainless steel probe at the end of a 1 meter cable.

Pocket and Portable Microscopes

Our microscopes are small and easily moved to where they are needed, available from 25X to 200X.  The smallest are the pen microscopes, literally the size of a ballpoint pen, in 25X, 50X and 100X. If you need illumination, we have two styles, both with LED light, powered by AA batteries.

Measuring Instruments for Thickness, Hardness, Lines/Inch and Stainless Steel Rulers

Digital and analog thickness gages measure paper, plastics, wood, metal, and other solid materials.

Digital micrometers (mechanical and electronic versions) have visual readouts for ease of use and ratchet mechanisms to measure compressible materials.

Anti-Moiré/Anti-Aliasing Filters for Electronic Cameras

These brand-new optical filters are used in front of the lens by digital photographers to eliminate pattern moiré and aliasing ("Christmas Tree light" effect) when making the shot, so there is no need for electronic re-touching.
